A Letter from Dave & Kathleen

Thanks to all of you who have inquired about the status of the Le Colline II project. Since our last letter, Napa County informed us of a number of new requirements that are now applicable to the Le Colline II project given it is a new vineyard conversion submission. The entire Le Colline II team has been hard at work responding to all the County requests and hopes our project will move to the environmental document phase sometime soon.

Once there is a decision on Le Colline II by Napa County, we will begin the process of applying for the permits necessary to effectuate the forest and oak woodland restoration, stream protection and conservation, fire mitigation and conservation easement plans.
